HBI Innovations requires that all clients in the United States complete Arizona Form 5000A, regardless of which state their business is located in. The form AZ 5000A is required even if your state does not have sales tax.

AZ Form 5000A โ€“ This Certificate is prescribed by the Department of Revenue pursuant to A.R.S. ยง 42-5009. The purpose of the Certificate is to document and establish a basis for state and city tax deductions or exemptions. It is to be filled out completely by the purchaser and furnished to the vendor at the time of the sale. The vendor shall retain this Certificate for single transactions or for the specified period as indicated below. Incomplete Certificates are not considered to be accepted in good faith. Only one category of exemption may be claimed on a Certificate.

Hemp Cigar Papers: No Restrictions

Notes on hemp restrictions:

No restrictions on the marketing of hemp or hemp products containing CBD, beyond those imposed by the FDA and FTC. Tennessee Dept. of Ag. (TDA) does not issue licenses for the sale of processed hemp products; TDA regulates rooted hemp or growing hemp. TN requires an individual buying smokeable hemp products to be above the age of 21.
